on Make New Connection and you will be presented with the
following screen :

on Next and select Dial-up to the Internet.

Next to continue to the next screen.
Select
I want to set up my Internet connection manually and click
on Next.
Select
I connect through a phone line and a modem, then click on
Next.

Telephone number if using standard modem connection: 0551800
Telephone number if using ISDN connection: 0551805
Click
on the Advanced button to display the following screen:
PPP:
Checked
Disable LCP Extensions: Checked
Logon procedure: None
Click
on the Addresses tab.
Internet
service provider automatically provides one: Checked
Always use the following: Checked
Primary DNS: 217.72.171.53
Alternate DNS: 217.72.171.56
Click
on Next to continue to the following screen.
Username:
free0845
Password: free0845
Click
on Next to continue.
Connection
name: free0845
You can name the connection anything you like but we recommend free0845
for easy reference later.
Click
Next.
Setting
up your Windows 2000 Internet connection is now complete.
